3. Account Registration

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Email Access Authorization

By connecting your email account, you authorize NextEmail.ai to:

• Create folders and organize emails
• Move emails between folders

You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your email account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Use the service to send spam or malicious content
• Share your account with others

6. Subscription and Payment

Free Plan

Our free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. No payment is required.

Paid Plans

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

NextEmail.ai and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your email content remains your property. We claim no ownership over your data.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend service for security reasons
• Modify or discontinue features

10. Limitation of Liability

• NextEmail.ai is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service immediately ceases
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
